As we all get ready to leave High Point Camp for home after another great year of memories, the question is asked, so what are we taking away from the experience? All your kids will be bringing home a camp t-shirt and a bag of dirty clothes. Some will also have crafts or part of a licked down jawbreaker. For the rogue reporter with Ms Pearl and Ms Nathaly, we will also be bringing home a camp t-shirt that will extend our laundry day by one- yay!
Hopefully for all there will also be some moments of great fun on the blob, zipline, swimming in the pool, and listening to Mr. Ed. But at the end of it all, local media hopes that for each child, they have been able to take away from camp a deeper understand of God and a closer relationship with Him! We know for a few their greatest take away from camp is a brand new friendship with Jesus and a ticket to eternity in heaven! Praise the Lord for His work in the lives of His precious children. What a Great Take-away!
